我国远洋渔业从1985年起步,到今年已整整十年了。在党中央、国务院的直接关怀下,在各级政府和各有关部门的支持下,经过十年的艰苦创业,我国远洋渔业从无到有,从小到大,从单一捕鱼发展到渔工贸综合经营,从开始涉足个别海域扩展到世界三大洋,大小远洋渔船发展到1000多艘,在海外形成了年捕鱼70万吨的生产经营能力,成为我国新兴的一个海洋跨国产业和外向型经济中的一支生力军。 十年来,我国远洋渔业已取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。一是十年累计捕鱼250多万吨,运回国内100余万吨,为丰富“菜篮子”,平抑鱼价,起了调节作用。二是推进了我国渔业的产业进
