今年已过去8个多月的时间,虽还不能给全年经济下定论,但人们常说八月十五月光明,我们不妨对1994年中国经济作一展望,以满足人们需要。回顾过去8个月的经济实况,预测未来4个月的趋势,总的结论是:改革在一些重要方面取得突破,整体配套完善尚需时间;发展相对平稳,运行态势虽有惊但无险,成绩与问题共存。由于形势的平稳,以至新闻界的一些同志都感觉手下难出有创意的“大手笔”。具体而言,今年以来中国经济又表现出不同往年的特点,确确实实有其值得一书的显著特征,集中表现在三方面:
More than eight months have passed since the end of this year. Although it is still not possible to give a firm conclusion on the economy for the entire year, it is often said that the economy will be bright in August and August. Indeed, there are notable features of its worthy book, which are concentrated in three aspects:
