本文在接近工业条件下测定了乙烯水合制乙醇反应的平衡常数。催化剂为磷酸/硅藻土。实验表明,平衡常数是温度与压力的函数。本文根据实验结果导出平衡常数的函数形式 logK_p=2130/T-6.234+(7.28/T-4370/T~2)P这个公式在一定范围内可用以估算水合反应中的乙醇产量。
In this paper, the equilibrium constant of the reaction of ethylene hydration to ethanol was determined under the conditions of near industrial conditions. The catalyst is phosphoric acid / diatomaceous earth. Experiments show that the equilibrium constant is a function of temperature and pressure. In this paper, we derive the function form of equilibrium constant according to the experimental results logK_p = 2130 / T-6.234 + (7.28 / T-4370 / T ~ 2) P This formula can be used to estimate the ethanol production in the hydration reaction within a certain range.
