用间接免疫荧光方法检测血清抗核抗体234例。其中61例确诊为系统性红斑狼疮者的阳性率50/61,抗核抗体的滴定度与红斑狼疮病情的活动性基本平行。
Indirect immunofluorescence was used to detect serum antinuclear antibody in 234 cases. The positive rate of 61 cases diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus was 50/61, and the titer of anti-nuclear antibody was basically parallel to the activity of the disease of lupus.
