目的:研制右美沙芬缓释微丸。方法:采用聚合物膜控法,以正交试验法设计处方。结果与结论:对体外溶出速率影响因素的研究表明,本品的体外溶出符合Higuchi释药规律。其释药速度常数、药物溶出50%所需时间与阻滞材料在控释膜中的含量呈良好的线性关系,亦与控释膜的厚度相关。
Objective: To develop dextromethorphan sustained-release pellets. Methods: The polymer membrane control method, orthogonal test design prescription. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The in vitro dissolution rate of the factors that the dissolution of this product in line with Higuchi release rules. The release rate constant, the time required for the drug to elute 50% and the retardation material in the controlled release film showed a good linear relationship, but also with the thickness of the controlled release film.
