目的:对氧氟沙星的药理及临床应用进行综合评价。方法:根据其作用机制和临床用途与其它有相同临床治疗指征的药物做比较。结果:口服吸收完全,抗菌活性强于依诺沙星和诺氟沙星,对绿脓杆菌活性较环丙沙星弱,与茶碱、咖啡因等联合应用无明显药动学参数改变,对泌尿系统、呼吸系统、消化系统及耳、鼻、眼部感染有效率分别为:95%,86%,100%,72.7%,89.8%及96%。结论:氧氟沙星是一个广谱、高效、低毒,在临床抗感染方面应用广泛的药物。
Objective: To make a comprehensive evaluation of the pharmacology and clinical application of ofloxacin. Methods: Based on its mechanism of action and clinical use, it was compared with other medications that had the same clinical indication. Results: Oral absorption is complete, the antibacterial activity is stronger than enoxacin and norfloxacin, Pseudomonas aeruginosa activity is weaker than ciprofloxacin, with theophylline, caffeine, no obvious pharmacokinetic parameters change, Urinary system, respiratory system, digestive system and ear, nose and eye infections were 95%, 86%, 100%, 72.7%, 89.8% and 96%, respectively. Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, low-toxicity drug that has been widely used in clinical anti-infectives.
