本文从我国保荐人制度的核心保荐责任入手,着重介绍了保荐人的连带责任,随后分析了双重保荐制度下保荐机构和保荐代表人角色与责任划分不清的问题,提出恢复保荐人制度“单保”的本来面目并细化有关保荐人独立性的规定的完善建议。
This article starts with the core sponsor responsibility of the sponsor system in our country, emphasizes on the joint and several liability of the sponsor, and then analyzes the problem of unclear division of roles and responsibilities between sponsor agencies and sponsor representatives under the double sponsor system.
