目的 :对解热抗炎Ⅰ号口服液中黄芩的有效成分黄芩甙进行定性、定量分析 ,建立质控方法。方法 :利用薄层层析法对黄芩进行定性分析 ,用高效液相色谱法在ODS -C18 柱上以甲醇 -0.02mol/LNaH2PO4 为流动相测定黄芩甙含量。结果 :黄芩甙的平均回收率为99.39%。结论 :本定性、定量方法快速、可靠、灵敏。
Objective :To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the active ingredient Astragalus membranaceus in antipyretic and anti-inflammatory I oral liquid and establish a quality control method. Methods: The qualitative analysis of the jaundice was carried out by thin layer chromatography. The content of jaundice was determined by HPLC with ODS-C18 column and methanol-0.02mol/L NaH2PO4 as the mobile phase. Results: The average recovery rate of Astragalus was 99.39%. Conclusion: This qualitative and quantitative method is fast, reliable, and sensitive.
