上呼吸道感染和急性支气管炎是临床最常见的疾患,但研究者甚少。临床上采用抗生素治疗多因有耐药性而疗效不佳,采用某些中药治疗,其疗效也不甚稳定。我们在临床验方的基础上,研制的解热清肺糖浆,获得了非常满意的疗效。经专家鉴定后,卫生部已正式批准进行批量生产。现将该剂对上呼吸道感染和急性支气管炎的临床治疗结果报告如下。一般资料1.处方组成:解热清肺糖浆的主要成分为鱼腥草、桑白皮、黄芩、前胡、紫苑、甘草、土牛膝等。2.病例选择及治疗分组:上呼吸道感染和急性支气管炎患者均按全国统一标准确诊。解热清肺糖浆治疗组(简称治疗组,下同)共179例,男246,女233;年龄最大81岁,最小7岁,青壮年居多数,儿童约为1/3。治疗时,药剂口服,每次15毫升,
