目的探讨颅脑外伤患者的病情观察及护理方法。方法分析我院64例重型颅脑外伤患者的临床资料，护理人员严密观察病情，采取针对性的护理措施，积极预防并发症。结果经精心治疗与护理，治愈40例，好转19例，死亡5例。结论重症颅脑外伤患者通过科学严密的观察和完善的护理措施，可以降低死亡率，减少并发症，提高患者生存质量。“,”Objective to explore the clinical observation and nursing methods for the patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods the clinical data of 64 cases in our hospital in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma analysis, nursing staff strict observation condition, take targeted measures, active prevention of complications. Results after careful treatment and nursing, 40 cases were cured, 19 cases improved, 5 cases of death. Conclusion severe craniocerebral trauma patients by observing the scientific and perfect nursing measures, can reduce the mortality rate, decrease the complications, improve the quality of life of patients.
