动物实验发现河狸香水溶部分可降低正常小鼠脾细胞分泌抗体的功能。其作用与地塞米松组相当,与生理盐水组比P<0.01,可降低正常小鼠血清溶血素水平,其作用与地塞米松组相当,与生理盐水组比P<0.05。实验发现河狸香水溶部分能降低小鼠外周T淋巴细胞功能,使血酸性非特异性脂酶活性减弱,其作用与生理盐水组比P<0.01;另外河狸香水溶部分能明显抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。这些均显示河狸香水溶部分有很强的免疫抑制作用。这与化学成分研究结果相一致[1]。
Animal experiments found that Beaver perfume can reduce the normal mouse spleen cells to secrete antibodies. The effect was similar to that of dexamethasone group. Compared with saline group, P <0.01 could reduce the level of serum hemolysin in normal mice, which was comparable to dexamethasone group and P <0.05 compared with saline group. The experiment found that beaver perfume soluble part of peripheral T lymphocytes can reduce the function of mice, so that blood acid non-specific lipase activity weakened its role compared with the saline group P <0.01; In addition Beaver perfume soluble part can significantly reduce the small Peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis. These show that beaver perfume soluble part of a strong immunosuppressive effect. This is consistent with the chemical composition of the study [1].
