我厂选矿车间采用湿式磁选所选出的精矿粉含水量一般在20～26%,以前靠自然干燥,碰上阴雨天就成问题,不能及时成球烧结。上级主管部门曾打算给我厂分配一台过滤机。厂党组织把这个问题交给广大工人群众去讨论,机修车间车刨组的工人,闻讯贴出自制真空过滤机的请战书,立即得到全厂上下的热烈支持。我们及时组织了三结合革新小组,从本厂实际条件出发,自己设计并制造了一台5米~2永磁外滤式过滤机(图1)。生产实践表明,效果良好,
