目的探讨核酸内切酶在三尖杉酯碱诱导ＨＬ６０细胞凋亡中的作用。方法以流式细胞仪和ＤＮＡ凝胶电泳检测ＨＬ６０细胞在核酸内切酶抑制剂及三尖杉酯碱作用下，细胞凋亡的发生。结果核酸内切酶抑制剂抑制了细胞凋亡。结论三尖杉酯碱诱导ＨＬ６０细胞凋亡需要核酸内切酶参与。
Objective To investigate the role of endonuclease in the apoptosis of HL60 cells induced by harringtonine. Methods The apoptosis of HL60 cells was detected by flow cytometry and DNA gel electrophoresis under the action of endonuclease inhibitors and harringtonine. As a result, the endonuclease inhibitor inhibited apoptosis. Conclusion The harringtonine-induced apoptosis of HL60 cells requires the participation of endonucleases.
