随着科学技术的进步和繁荣,科技期刊编辑出版事业得到了迅速发展。据粗略统计,我国现已出版各种科技期刊近5000种,这些品种繁多,内容各异的科技期刊其质量如何?如何评价其质量?这既是科技出版界关心的问题,也是科技期刊管理工作者和整个科技界共同关心的问题。笔者认为,要做好科技期刊的评价工作,就必须制订一套适合我国科技期刊现状的科技期刊质量标准(简称“标准”)。
With the progress and prosperity of science and technology, editorial and publishing of sci-tech periodicals has been rapidly developed. According to the rough statistics, there are nearly 5,000 kinds of sci-tech periodicals in our country now published. How are the quality of sci-tech periodicals with different varieties and different contents? How to evaluate the quality of sci-tech periodicals? This is not only the concern of science and technology publishers but also the management of sci-tech periodicals And the entire science and technology sector of common concern. In my opinion, to do a good job in the evaluation of sci-tech periodicals, it is necessary to draw up a set of quality standards for sci-tech periodicals (referred to as “standards”) that suits the status quo of sci-tech periodicals in our country.
