SPRINT(SP树脂浸渍技术)是待定的专利产品,设计成使预浸料型部件有很低空隙含量还可用低压(非高压釜)的模塑技术制作。这意味着与原预浸料做成的所具有的高性能部件可在非常大的模制品上实现,或实现快速生产较小部件和全部低成本化。 SPRINT产品由一层预催化的预浸料型树脂膜被在2层干的增强材料间夹芯组成。这些SPRINT层片象对预浸料那样铺设,但当抽真空时这些干的增强材层片起着把空气从层板呼出通道的作用。当其后为固化而加热此叠层时,树脂流进这些无空气的增强材和生产出非常低孔隙率的层板。
SPRINT (SP Resin Impregnation Technology) is a pending patented product designed to provide a low void content of prepreg components and can also be fabricated using low pressure (non-autoclave) molding techniques. This means that the high-performance components made with the virgin prepreg can be realized on very large moldings, or fast production of smaller components and overall cost reduction. SPRINT products consist of a layer of pre-catalyzed prepreg resin film sandwiched between two layers of dry reinforcing material. These SPRINT plies lay like prepregs, but these dry reinforcement plies function to exhale air from the plies when evacuated. When this laminate is subsequently heated for curing, the resin flows into these airless reinforcement and produces a very low porosity laminate.
