40例支气管哮喘和喘息型支气管炎患者等分成2组,分别吸入标有(99m)~Tc的溶液型和混悬型沙丁胺醇气雾剂300μg, (99m)~Tc总量为33MBq。结果显示:混悬型沙丁胺醇气雾剂有效率高于溶液型;副作用比溶液型少;ECT显示吸入溶液型后肺区放射能量是总能量的8%,而吸入混悬型则达到13%。
Forty patients with bronchial asthma and asthmatic bronchitis were equally divided into two groups: 300 μg salbutamol solution (aerosol) and suspension type salbutamol (99m Tc) were inhaled, and the total volume of (99m) Tc was 33 MBq. The results showed that the aerosol of the suspended salbutamol was more effective than the solution and the side effect was less than that of the solution. The ECT showed that the radiation energy in the lung area was 8% of the total energy and 13% of the inhaled suspension.
