本文综述了近年来国外从植物中分离鉴定的7-氧取代香豆素类化合物,简述了新近发展起来的分离和鉴定方法。重点介绍了抗癌活性成分Geiparvarin的合成方法。
In this paper, the recent progress in the isolation and identification of 7-oxo-substituted coumarins from plants abroad is reviewed. The newly developed isolation and identification methods are reviewed. The synthesis of anti-cancer active ingredient Geiparvarin is mainly introduced.
