我国医院的经费补偿自建国以来一直采用“复合补偿机制”,尽管在一定的历史时期较适合中国国情,并且在今后较长的时期内还有其存在的必要性,但是随着社会经济的发展、医学模式的转变以及社会医疗保健需求的不断增长,已逐步显示其内部的不协调和外在的不合理,亟需加以调整和完善。笔者就上海医院的实际情况,对这一问题作一探讨。 The compensation for hospitals in our country has used the “compound compensation mechanism” since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Although it is more suitable for China’s national conditions in a certain historical period and there is a need for its existence in a longer period in the future, with the development of social economy. The transformation of medical models and the growing demand for social health care have gradually demonstrated their internal inconsistencies and external irrationalities, which need to be adjusted and improved. The author will discuss this issue on the actual situation of Shanghai hospitals.
