目的系统评价血镁水平与儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的相关性。方法计算机检索中国知网、Pub Med数据库等,收集2000—2016年国内外有关儿童ADHD与血镁水平研究的病例对照研究,对其进行Meta分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果经筛选,共纳入12项研究,研究对象共计2 891例,其中病例组1 530例,对照组1 361例。Meta分析结果提示儿童ADHD血镁水平明显低于正常儿童(合并效应值SMD=-1.475,95%CI:-2.875~-0.076,P<0.05)。Bgger’s检验提示无发表偏倚。结论儿童血镁水平下降可能会增加ADHD患病风险。
Objective To systematically evaluate the correlation between blood magnesium level and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children. Methods We searched CNKI and Pub Med databases for the case-control study of children’s ADHD and serum magnesium levels from 2000 to 2016. Meta-analysis was performed on the data. P <0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results A total of 12 studies were included in the study, with a total of 2 891 subjects, of which 1 530 were in the case group and 1 361 in the control group. The result of Meta analysis indicated that the blood magnesium level of children with ADHD was significantly lower than that of normal children (the combined effect was SMD = -1.475, 95% CI: -2.875 ~ -0.076, P <0.05). Bgger’s test suggests no publication bias. Conclusion The decrease of serum magnesium in children may increase the risk of ADHD.
