目的:通过在门诊输液室开展品管圈活动,提高服务质量,提升患者的满意度。方法:成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,分析门诊输液室患者满意度低的原因,设立目标,制定相应对策并实施。结果:开展品管圈活动后,门诊输液患者的满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动可以提升门诊输液患者的满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To improve quality of service and enhance patient satisfaction by conducting QC activities in the outpatient infusion room. Methods: Set up quality control circle group, determine the theme of activity, analyze the reason of low satisfaction of outpatient infusion room patients, set goals, formulate corresponding measures and implement. Results: Satisfaction of outpatients with infusion increased after conduct of quality control circle (P <0.05). Conclusion: Quality control activities can improve patient satisfaction in outpatient infusion.
