一、激发学生兴趣,开发非认知因素所谓非认知因素是由动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等五种基本因素组成的。如果能使学生产生正确的学习动机、广泛的兴趣、强烈的情感、坚强的意志、独立的性格,那么,提高教学质量才有基础。其中兴趣则是非认知因素这个有机整体的一部分。它影响个体的学习过程和教师的教学过程,并对个体的认识过程起着动力、定向、引导、维持、调节、强化和创造作用。任何人事业上的成功或工作上取得的成就,大都是从兴趣开始。要
