尊重学生学习能力的差异,我在作业布置上做了一些尝试。以往布置作业我出于良好的意愿,想让所有的学生达到统一的水平,布置作业千篇一律,不分层次,题型单一,死板老套,结果造成个别学生厌做作业,看到作业就头疼。在追求真实理想课堂的探索中,我特别注重了作业设计这一环节,摈弃了以往布置作业的形式。针对每一类学生的不同特点,量体裁衣,设计了不同类型、不同范围、不同数量的作业,让不同的学生在做作业时有所选择,使每一个学生都能心有余而力也足。我的作业设
Respect for the differences in students’ ability to learn, I made some attempts in homework layout.
