Abstract Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of upright position of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) on cerebellar tonsillar volume. Materials and Methods Twenty-five patients with AIS and 18 normal controls were examined by supine and upright 0.25 T MR imaging.
