四月初,大庆石油安装队不远千里来到包钢,支援包钢浮选工程热办管线的安装任务。第二冶金建设公司党委召开了向大庆石油安装队学习的职工动员大会,在全体职工中迅速地掀起了一个学习大庆的热潮。他们纷纷表示要以大庆人为榜样,诚恳虚心地学习大庆人吃大苦耐大劳的艰苦奋斗的革命精神;实事求是,从难从严、一练不苟的革命态度;三老、四严、四个一样的革命风格,争当大庆式的工人,做彻底的革命派。特别值得提出的是,机电三队活学活用大庆石油安装队的经验,取得了很大成绩,是全公司学习大庆的一支鲜花。机电三队学习得比较好,主要是毛泽东思想在他们那里挂了帅,有谦虚认真的学习态度。他们把大庆人最本质的东西学到了手,并且创造性地应用到自己的工作中来,从而取得了优异的成绩。本期发表的二冶学习大庆经验的文章,有普遍意义,可供各单位参考。
