我国新课程标准明确要求,初中英语课程教学要体现以人为本的教育理念和以学生为主体的教育思想。在目前的教学过程中始终存在着应试教学思想、学生被动学习、教学效率低下的问题,而这些问题存在的主要原因就是教师的教学观念、教学理念的十分陈旧,没有适应新课改的要求,而解决这一问题的重要方案就是要从根本上转变教师的教学理念,采用有效的教学方法进行日常教学。 China’s new curriculum standards clearly require junior high school English teaching to embody the concept of people-centered education and student-centered educational thinking. In the current teaching process, there is always the problem of probationary teaching, passive learning and inefficient teaching. The main reason for these problems is that teachers’ teaching concept and teaching idea are very old and do not meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform. And an important solution to this problem is to fundamentally change the teaching philosophy of teachers, using effective teaching methods for daily teaching.
