目的观察Er,Cr:YSGG激光用于牙体窝洞制备后兔牙髓的形态学变化及热休克蛋白70(heat shockprotein70 HSP70)的表达情况。方法用Er,Cr:YSGG激光在家兔前牙制备V类洞并常规充填,普通高速牙钻备洞作对照,分别于术后4h、24h处死实验动物,组织切片经HE染色及免疫组化染色,镜下观察。结果 Er,Cr:YSGG激光备洞后牙髓轻到中度炎症反应,与牙钻对照组无明显差异。备洞后24h,激光组成牙本质细胞HSP70中到强阳性表达,成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞中度阳性表达。牙钻组成牙本质细胞及相邻成纤维细胞强阳性表达,血管内皮细胞强阳性表达,对照组HSP70表达高于Er,Cr:YSGG激光实验组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Er,Cr:YSGG激光备洞对牙髓刺激小,有很好的临床使用价值。
Objective To observe the morphological changes of dental pulp and the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) after the Er, Cr: YSGG laser was used to prepare rabbit cave. Methods V, C holes were prepared in the anterior teeth of rabbits by Er, Cr: YSGG laser and the rabbits were routinely filled with normal high-speed dental drill holes. The experimental animals were sacrificed at 4h and 24h after operation respectively. The sections were stained with HE and immunohistochemically Staining, microscopic observation. Results Er, Cr: YSGG laser-induced pulp mild to moderate inflammatory response, and dental drill control group no significant difference. 24h after the preparation of holes, the expression of strong positive expression of HSP70 in laser dentin cells and the moderate expression of fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells. The dentin cells and adjacent fibroblasts were strongly expressed in dental drill and strongly expressed in vascular endothelial cells. The expression of HSP70 in control group was higher than that in Er, Cr: YSGG laser group (P <0.05). Conclusions Er, Cr: YSGG laser hole is very small for pulp stimulation and has good clinical value.
