采用双变供氧制度和新的渣料加入量计算法,在浦钢公司30t氧气顶吹转炉上进行了新的冶炼工艺试验研究。试验表明:新的渣料加入量计算法在新工艺冶炼中符合实际,采用双变供氧制度,使起渣时间提早,有利于全程化渣,终渣(∑FeO)降低,冶炼时间缩短,石灰加入量降低,取得了一定的经济效益.
A double smelting oxygen supply system and a new method of calculating the amount of slag addition were used to carry out a new smelting process experiment on the 30t oxygen top-blown converter of Pudong Steel. The experiment shows that the new method of calculating the amount of slag addition is in line with the actual situation in the new process smelting. Adopting the double variable oxygen supply system, the slag start time is earlier, which is benefit to the whole process slag, the final slag (ΣFeO) is reduced, the smelting time is shortened, Lime added to reduce the volume, made some economic benefits.
