微波辅助提取水华蓝藻多糖及在卷烟中的应用

采用微波辅助法对水华蓝藻多糖的提取工艺进行考察,并对所得水华蓝藻多糖进行了卷烟加香试验。以干燥蓝藻浆原料粒度(目数)、料液比、微波功率、提取时间为考察因素,水华蓝藻多糖提取率为指标,采用单因素和正交试验法同时对水华蓝藻多糖提取工艺进行优化。确定了微波辅助提取的最佳工艺参数为:粒度(目数)为50目,料液比为1︰30(g/mL),微波功率为500 W,提取时间为8 min。按此优化条件,水华蓝藻多糖提取率可达到62.06%,可显著提高水华蓝藻多糖的提取率。水华蓝藻多糖卷烟加香应用结果表明,水华蓝藻多糖能柔和细腻烟气,改善余味,降低刺激感。 The microwave assisted method was used to investigate the extraction process of polysaccharide from Cyanobacteria bloom, and the flavonoids of Cyanobacteria bloom were tested. The extraction process of polysaccharide from Cyanobacteria of Cyanobacteria was studied by single factor and orthogonal test with the particle size (mesh number), the ratio of solid to liquid, microwave power and extraction time as the investigation factors, optimization. The optimum technological parameters of microwave assisted extraction were determined as follows: the particle size (mesh) was 50 meshes, the solid-liquid ratio was 1︰30 (g / mL), the microwave power was 500 W and the extraction time was 8 min. According to the optimized conditions, the extraction rate of cyanobacteria can reach 62.06%, which can significantly improve the extraction rate of cyanobacteria. Cyanobacterial polysaccharide polysaccharide flavoring application results show that the cyanobacteria polysaccharides can be soft and delicate flue gas to improve the aftertaste, reduce the sense of excitement.
