《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》指出:“数学是人类文化的重要组成部分,数学素养是现代社会每一个公民应该具有的基本素养。”因此,在数学教学中,教师不仅仅要让学生掌握数学知识,更应该树立数学文化观,充分发掘数学的学科教育资源及人文教育价值。而要实现数学的教育功能与人文教育,将数学史融入教学是比较好的一种做法,原因主要有以下四方面。
