补体系统活化后C5-C9形成末端补体复合物(TCC),其中结合在细胞膜上的称为膜攻击复合物(MAC);存在于血浆中的为Sc5b-9。研究发现,在一些疾病患者的体液中,Sc5b-9含量异常增加。本实验对急性心肌梗塞(AMI)等几种疾病患者血浆中Sc5b-9含量进行检测,并就检测意义作初步探讨。 所有患者均为1991~1992年北京协和医院、朝阳医院的门诊及住院患者,并已确诊。采用EL ISA双夹心法。所用Sc5b-9抗原、兔抗人MAC新抗原抗体及HRP标记抗体均由本室制备。检测51例健康人血浆,其中49例Sc5b-9浓度低于450ng/ml,故采用450ng/ml作为血浆Sc5b-9浓度的正常临界
