本文研究缺氧条件下家兔不同器官组织的氧分压变化,以探讨低氧放射防护效应程度和临床肿瘤低氧放射疗法的应用。1 实验对象:家兔6只,雌雄各半,体重2.2~3.1kg。2 缺氧方法:把家兔置于动物低压舱内以15~20m/s的速度减压致5000m,分别进行不同器官组织氧分压的测量,每种组织测量完毕后,以10m/s速度下降至地面,停留5~10mun待组织氧分压恢复正常后,再上升致终高度进行另一种组织的测量。
