一、回收旧机。老旧农机所有者(机主)自愿将拟报废的农业机械交售给承担农机报废更新补贴试点工作的农机回收单位(以下简称农机回收单位)。农机回收单位应当核对机主信息和报废农业机械信息,并向机主出具《报废农业机械回收证明》。回收的农业机械由县级农机化主管部门监督农机回收单位进行解体或者销毁。
First, recycling old machine. The owner (owner) of the old farm machinery voluntarily will sell the agricultural machinery to be scrapped to the farm machinery recycling unit (hereinafter referred to as the farm machinery recycling unit) who undertakes the experimental work of scrapping, renewing and subsidizing the agricultural machinery. Agricultural machinery recycling unit should check the owner information and scrap agricultural machinery information, and issued to the owner “scrap agricultural machinery recycling certificate.” The recovered agricultural machinery shall be supervised by the county-level agricultural mechanization department in charge of dismantling or destroying agricultural recycling units.
