目的 :探究新生儿发生低血糖的具体状况以及具体的影响因素。方法 :择取2011年12月到2015年12月于笔者医院出生的50例患有新生儿低血糖的患儿,将其设为观察组;选择同期于笔者医院出生的50例健康新生儿,设为对照组。对比导致两组患儿存在不同状态的具体因素。结果 :日龄≤3日、体重≤2.5kg、产妇患有妊高症、产妇患有糖尿病、新生儿患有胆红素血症、体温过低、患有低氧血症,以上均为导致新生儿患有低血糖症的主要因素。结论 :临床应针对以上主要影响因素进行针对性护理,以减少低血糖给新生儿健康带来的损害。
Objective: To investigate the specific conditions of neonatal hypoglycemia and the specific factors. Methods: 50 children with neonatal hypoglycemia who were born in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group. Fifty healthy newborns born in the same hospital at the same period were selected. Set as control group. Contrast led to two groups of children with different status of the specific factors. Results: Age ≤ 3 days, body weight ≤ 2.5kg, pregnant women suffering from pregnancy-induced hypertension, maternal diabetes, neonatal bilirubin, hypothermia, hypoxemia, all of these are caused Newborns with hypoglycemia the main factors. Conclusion: The clinical should be targeted at the above major influencing factors in order to reduce the hypoglycemia to newborn health damage.
