抽油机井耗电属油田开发耗电大户。从井下采出单位质量的液体所消耗的电能,称之为单耗,它是评价抽油机井能耗水平的重要经济技术指标。随着油井含水上升,单井产液量下降,能耗水平上升,抽油机井单耗呈上升趋势,节能形势比较严峻。在进行节能潜力分析的基础上,对抽油机井,通过采取合理配置抽汲参数、优选抽油机设备、加大高能耗设备改造力度以及改进生产管理等,可有效降低抽油机井单耗。
Oil pumping wells power consumption is a large oil field development. Electricity consumed by the liquid taken from the underground unit mass, called unit consumption, it is an important economic and technical indicators to assess the level of energy consumption of pumping wells. With the increase of water content in oil well, the output of single well drops and the energy consumption level rises. The unit consumption of pumping wells is on the rise, and the energy saving situation is more severe. On the basis of energy saving potential analysis, pumping unit wells can effectively reduce the unit consumption of pumping wells by taking rational allocation of pumping parameters, optimizing the pumping unit equipment, intensifying the reform of high energy consumption equipment and improving production management.
