研究了薄壁陶瓷型铸造工艺以提高铸件精度和消除铸件表面脱碳层, 用以制造自行车连杆辊锻模。铸件精度达到0 .13m m / 100m m , 表面粗糙度达到 Ra =2 .6μm ; 消除铸件表面脱碳层, 节省昂贵的陶瓷浆料。该工艺适合于有一定批量的锻模制造。
Studied the thin-walled ceramic casting process to improve casting accuracy and eliminate the surface decarburization of the casting layer, for the manufacture of bicycle connecting rod roll forging die. Casting accuracy of 0. 13m m / 100m m, surface roughness Ra = 2. 6μm; eliminate casting decarburization layer surface, saving expensive ceramic slurry. The process is suitable for a certain amount of forging die manufacturing.
