在每一次听复习课和试卷讲评课,课后与一线教师交流教学想法的过程中都有一些关于教学的零碎感受或想法,积累下来,成为我关注和思考的教学问题。希望能与广大的一线数学教师就这些教学问题探讨,集思广益、在思想的碰撞中共同寻找解决这些问题的对策,达成基本的教学共识。以下是本人的一些思考:一、统一思想认识,调整好心态1.使所学知识系统化、结构化,将初中三年的数学知识连成一个有机整体,利于学生理解、掌握和灵活运用。
Every time I listen to review lessons and papers to comment on class, after class and front-line teachers to exchange teaching ideas in the process have some fragmentary feelings or ideas about teaching, accumulation, become my concern and thinking of teaching.
