各省、自治区、直辖市劳动(劳动人事)厅(局):JB4708-92《钢制压力容器焊接工艺评定》标准(以下简称《焊评》标准)已颁布实施。在此标准颁布前,各压力容器制造(含现场组焊,下同)单位已按原《压力容器安全监察规程》(以下简称《容规》)及有关标准做了大量的焊接工艺评定工作,对保证压力容器焊接质量起到了重要作用。由于《焊评》标准和原《容规》及有关标准对焊接工艺评定要求存在的某些差异,为减轻企业负担和保持工作的连续性,对《焊评》标准颁布前所做的焊接工艺评定不是一概作废,而是区别情况,不同对待。经与全国压力容器标准化技术委员会秘书处研究,现就实施《焊评》标准提出
