随着中国经济快速增长,文化事业日益繁荣,在2008年我国博物馆事业进入了第三个发展时期之后,国内的博物馆、美术馆、非盈利艺术空间、画廊等各单位迎来了前所未有的发展机遇期。但是,先进的博物馆管理经验在国内还未完全普及,管理水平与欧洲艺术博物馆相比还存在着一定差距。笔者通过在意法考察之行中对卢浮宫、乌菲兹美术馆、布雷拉美术馆等10家著名艺术博物馆的考察,以及参加2015年北京“中英博物馆对话”之契机,拟就目前国内博物馆、美术馆在管理中所出现的一些问题进行探讨,进而通过与欧洲相关领域先进管理经验的对比,梳理博物馆管理思路,探讨我国博物馆的未来管理该如何进行,为今后我国博物馆事业的蓬勃发展提供理论依据、实践经验、技术参考和管理思路。
With the rapid economic growth in China and the increasingly prosperous cultural undertakings, the museums, art galleries, non-profit art spaces and galleries in our country have ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development since the museum project of our country entered the third development period in 2008 period. In the future, To provide theoretical basis for vigorous development, practical experience, technical reference and management ideas.
