采用TiO2-Al-C体系,利用反应热压法制备了原位TiC、Al2O3粒子复合增强的TiC-Al2O3/Al复合材料。研究了体系中Al含量对反应合成复合材料过程及复合材料致密度的影响。研究表明:随着Al含量的提高,TiC合成反应温度降低、复合材料的致密度增加,在35MPa的热压下、复合材料可达到理论密度的95%以上。
TiC-Al2O3 / Al composites reinforced by in-situ TiC and Al2O3 particles were prepared by the reaction hot-pressing method using TiO2-Al-C system. The effect of Al content in the system on the reaction process of composites and the densification of composites was investigated. The results show that with the increase of Al content, the temperature of TiC synthesis decreases and the density of composites increases. Under the pressure of 35MPa, the composite material can reach more than 95% of the theoretical density.
