From March 26 to March 29, 1992, the Central Party History Laboratory presided over a forum on local party history work in Beijing. Nearly 50 persons in charge of the Party’s history department in the country as well as the Central Literature Research Office and the Central Archives attended the meeting. Deng Liqun, member of the leading group for the work of the Central Party’s History, attended the meeting and made a remark. Sha Jusun and Wang Yupu, deputy director of the Central Literature Research Office, and Shen Zhenle, deputy director of the Central Archives, briefed the attending comrades on the key points of work for the 1992 Central Party History Research Institute and for commemorating the 100th anniversary of Chairman Mao’s birth
