近5年来统配煤矿投入产出总承包的实践表明,总承包对统配煤矿发展生产、提高效益、增强活力起到了积极作用。第一期承包只剩下一年多的时间,尽早研究确定“八五”的经营选择。将有助于企业提前主动调整规划及克服短期化行为。同时也有利于企业作到心中有数及早准备。
