近年来随着新络合剂的不断涌现,络合反应的种类和数量也逐渐增加,这为设计新的分析方法提供了有利的条件。在设计新的分析方法时,首先应当选择适当的滴定反应。 适合滴定分析的化学反应,应该具备以下几个条件; (一)反应必须定量地完成。即反应按一定的反应方程式进行,没有付反应,而且进行完全(通常要求达到99.9%左右)。这是定量计算的基础。 (二)反应能够迅速地完成。
