为探讨CerbB2基因变化在乳腺不典型增生癌变过程中的意义,检测正常乳腺、乳腺囊性增生病不典型增生和乳腺癌细胞CerbB2基因产物表达。结果:正常乳腺上皮细胞和乳腺囊性增生病上皮细胞增生Ⅰ级者均无CerbB2癌基因蛋白表达;不典型增生Ⅱ、Ⅲ级和乳腺癌组织中CerbB2癌基因蛋白染色阳性率分别为20.0%、40.0%和54.2%。提示该基因的异常改变可发生于正常细胞经不典型增生向癌细胞转化期中,可能是部分不典型增生细胞异常增生的原因或促进因素,是乳腺上皮细胞向恶性转化的标志之一。
To explore the significance of CerbB2 gene changes in the process of breast atypical hyperplasia, CerbB2 gene products were detected in normal breast, breast dysplasia and breast cancer cells. Results: There were no CerbB2 oncogene protein expression in normal breast epithelial cells and cystic hyperplasia epithelial cell grade I; CerbB2 oncogene proteins in dysplasia II, III and breast cancer tissues The positive staining rates were 20.0%, 40.0%, and 54.2%, respectively. It is suggested that abnormal changes of this gene may occur in the transition from normal cells to atypical cells to cancer cells, and may be the cause or promotion factor of abnormal proliferation of some atypical hyperplasia cells, and it is one of the signs of malignant transformation of mammary epithelial cells.
