目的:研究双丁酰环腺苷酸(DBcAMP)对人肺腺癌细胞的诱导分化作用,及其与癌细胞表达凝集素受体的关系。方法:用双丁酰cAMP作用人肺腺癌细胞AGZY-83a,观察细胞的生长、形态、超微结构的变化;用凝集素组化方法检测双丁酰cAMP对细胞表达凝集素受体的影响。结果:0.3mmol/L双丁酰cAMP对癌细胞的生长有明显抑制作用,使细胞间接抑制有所恢复,形态结构向成熟分化;同时使细胞表达的凝集素(DBA、UEA-1、conA、WGA、RCA)受体降低。结论:双丁酰cAMP对人肺腺癌细胞有诱导分化作用;双丁酰cAMP对癌细胞表达凝集素受体的影响可能在其抑制细胞,恢复细胞识别功能,诱导细胞分化过程中有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the effect of DBCAMP on the differentiation of human lung adenocarcinoma cells and its relationship with lectin receptor expression in cancer cells. METHODS: Dibutyryl cAMP was used to treat human lung adenocarcinoma cell AGZY-83a, and the changes of cell growth, morphology and ultrastructure were observed. The effect of dibutyryl cAMP on lectin receptor expression was detected by lectin histochemistry. . RESULTS: 0.3 mmol/L dibutyryl cAMP significantly inhibited the growth of cancer cells, which resulted in the recovery of indirect inhibition of cells, differentiation of morphological structure towards maturity, and simultaneous expression of lectin (DBA, UEA-1, conA) expressed by cells. , WGA, RCA) receptors decreased. CONCLUSION: Dibutyryl cAMP can induce differentiation of human lung adenocarcinoma cells. The effect of dibutyryl cAMP on lectin receptor expression in cancer cells may play an important role in inhibiting cells, restoring cell recognition function, and inducing cell differentiation. .
