本文研究了Al—Si共晶合金中镁对稀土变质作用的影响。结果表明,在一定含量范围内,单独加镁或稀土,对共晶硅都有一定的变质作用,当镁与稀土按一定配比同时加入时,其变质能力急剧增强。且随着镁量增高,最佳稀土变质量明显减少,这种影响的定量关系可用一条稀土与镁的临界变质含量曲线来表示,从而得出,镁对稀土变质有较强的激化作用的结论。文中所列镁、稀土与机械性能关系的曲线认为,含Mg0.6~0.8%的合金,加入0.05~0.09%RE(混合稀土)时,合金综合机械性能最好。继续提高镁量与稀土量都会导致性能降低。此外,还对激化机制作了初步分析。
This paper studies the Al-Si eutectic alloy magnesium on the impact of the modification of rare earth. The results show that adding magnesium or rare earth alone has a certain metamorphism on the eutectic silicon within a certain range of content. When magnesium and rare earth are added in a certain proportion at the same time, their metamorphism abruptly increases. And with the increase of Mg, the best quality of rare earth decreases obviously. The quantitative relationship of this effect can be expressed by the curve of the critical metamorphic content of rare earth and magnesium. It can be concluded that magnesium has strong intensifying effect on the deterioration of rare earth . The curves of magnesium, rare earth and mechanical properties listed in the text hold that the mechanical properties of alloys with the content of0.6 ~ 0.8% Mg and 0.05 ~ 0.09% RE (mixed rare earth) are the best. Continued to increase the amount of magnesium and rare earth will result in reduced performance. In addition, a preliminary analysis of the activation mechanism was also made.
