近年来,我国加大了对区域经济发展的调控力度,体现出区域经济发展问题的紧迫性和重要性。文章在分析区域经济发展不协调发展的现状和根源的基础上,辨析了区域经济发展与宏观经济调控的关系,就我国区域经济发展中的宏观调控法制建设所涉及的合理确定宏观调控法与区域经济调控法的界限,制定《区域经济宏观协调法》及其一系列配套法律,健全经济落后地区的投资法律机制,建立健全具有权威性的区域经济发展宏观调控机构等问题进行了探讨,提出了自己的观点。
