1996—1997年度河北省乡镇企业优秀论文评选活动近日揭晓。有5篇论文获一等奖,10篇论文获二等奖。这次评选活动由河北省乡镇企业局、河北省政府研究室、河北省经济日报社、河北省社会科学院、河北省乡镇企业协会联合举办。这次评选活动征文范围较广泛,既有政府部门的领导、干部、乡镇企业的厂长(经理)又有理论界、社会科研机构的专家、学者参加。评选活动中发现了一批有一定理论深度和鲜明论点,有一定实践经验和参考价值,有一定针对性的能够指导乡镇企业进一步发展的优秀论文。通过评选活动对于提高我省乡镇企业理论研究水平,推动我省乡镇企业在理论指导下的健康发展具有积极意义。获奖论文及作者名单如下:
In 1996-1997, Hebei Province township and town enterprises’ outstanding paper selection activities were announced recently. Five papers won the first prize and 10 papers won the second prize. The selection activity was jointly organized by the Bureau of Township Enterprises of Hebei Province, the Research Office of the Hebei Provincial Government, the Economic Daily of Hebei Province, the Hebei Academy of Social Sciences, and the Association of Township Enterprises of Hebei Province. The selection activities of this selection activity have a wide range of essays. Leaders (managers) of leaders of government departments, cadres, and township enterprises, as well as experts and scholars of theoretical circles and social scientific research institutions participate. A number of outstanding papers with certain theoretical depth and distinct arguments, certain practical experiences and reference values, and certain targeted issues that can guide the further development of township and village enterprises were found in the selection campaign. Through the selection activities, it is of positive significance to improve the theoretical research level of township enterprises in our province and promote the healthy development of township enterprises in our province under the guidance of theory.
