研究了航空发动机叶片叶身部分的螺旋铣数控加工过程,推导出了用于多坐标数控铣加工的叶片刀位点计算公式。根据叶片特征和数控加工理论,详细讨论了叶片前后缘头加工过程中的刀位计算方法和缘头边界判别方法,有效地避免了缘头处的刀具啃切和刀轴晃动现象。本文的刀位计算方法在叶片螺旋铣加工实践中取得了良好效果,提高了叶片生产效率,降低了生产成本。
The helical milling numerical control machining process of aeroengine blade is studied. The calculation formula of blade blade position for multi-coordinate numerical control milling is deduced. According to the characteristics of the blade and NC machining theory, the calculation method of the cutter position and the method of judging the edge of the front edge are discussed in detail, which effectively avoids the cutting of the cutter at the edge and the swaying of the cutter shaft. The knife position calculation method in this paper has achieved good results in the practice of blade spiral milling, which improves the blade production efficiency and reduces the production cost.
