目前 ,我国火电厂辅助车间自动化控制水平不高 ,功能不多 ,维护复杂。通过应用计算机网络技术 ,将整个辅助车间分为煤、灰、水三个独立的PLC网络 ,每个网络又划分为 3个层次 ,今后可将 3个网络再集成为 1个整体。这种控制方式已应用于益阳电厂一期工程水网系统 ,通过网络结构、硬件、软件的配置得到实施 ,达到了提高控制水平 ,减人增效的目的。
At present, the auxiliary control workshop of thermal power plant in our country has a low level of automation and control, with few functions and complicated maintenance. Through the application of computer network technology, the entire auxiliary workshop is divided into three independent PLC networks of coal, ash and water. Each network is divided into three levels. In the future, three networks can be integrated into one. This control method has been applied to the first phase of Yiyang Power Plant water network system, through the network structure, hardware and software configuration has been implemented to achieve the purpose of raising the level of control, reducing human efficiency.
