CZ300型輪胎式鉆車与YG50型导軌式凿岩机是我国凿岩設备中最新的产品,特別是鉆車,它的优点很多:效率高,工艺性好和劳动强度低等。从我們使用的几十部鉆車情况来看,已深受广大职工的欢迎。但使用中发現气动馬达部分有些問題,現将个人不成熟的一些意見簡述如下: 一、活塞:現活塞体与絲堵的連接是靠螺紋和冲孔挤胀来加强固定的。使用拆卸后,发現絕大部分絲堵有退出現象,个別的只連有三扣左右。不但影响活塞运动,严重的还会造成研缸,因而使馬达停滞,損坏缸体。对于上述情况,我們做了相应的改进,
The CZ300-type wheel-type drilling rig and the YG50-type rail-type rock drilling rig are the latest products in China’s rock drilling equipment, especially drilling rigs, which have many advantages: high efficiency, good processability, and low labor intensity. From the point of view of the dozens of drilling vehicles we use, it has been well received by the staff. However, the use of pneumatic motor parts found some problems, some of the personal immaturity are briefly described as follows: First, the piston: The piston body and the plug connection is to rely on the thread and punching bulging to strengthen the fixed. After dismantling, it was found that most of the plugs had an exit phenomenon. Some of them had only three buckles. Not only does it affect the piston movement, but it also creates a grinding cylinder that can cause the motor to stagnate and damage the cylinder. For the above situation, we made corresponding improvements.
